Which audition did you do LB? My daughter was in the 10.30 audition. Number 1, wearing a red leo. She's small too...her RAD teacher has warned her she won't get into ENBs as she is too small.

Nothing here yet for dd's audition on 22nd Jan in London...maybe today??? It would be nice to know one way or another.

None of the London JAs in my daughter's class have had their letters and they come from all over....do you think they did the letters in age order with the littlies last?

this sounds ike bulying of the worst sort and will erode her self-esteem, Get her out of that poisonous environment!

People who have been through this recently seem to think that the letters arrived on a Saturday. Tomorrow then!!!!

Hi Tulip...yes she was No2 and my dd was distraught to be right next to her!! She said she looked good enough to be in a company now!! I asked about places...about 25 per year for the three years of 6th form and very few Brits...

3 on the panel...22 in the first class. The audition lasted over an hour and a half and they did pointe work. Good luck all still waiting to audition.

The funding final for the MDS places at Tring is on the 20th March...the Dadas are on a different day but dairly close to then I think from past experience. Good luck to all with finals and big hugs to those with 'nos' this time around. Thanks for the positive comments everyone. It is so hard when you see your little ones upset and it is all out of our hands.

I was there yesterday with my little one. We were in the 12.45 group. For the first time ever it was a negative experience. We've been to a few of these before, as well as auditions for other schools and my kids have always come out buzzing and happy, regardless of the outcome. My little one was flat yesterday and much later on in the day it all came out. In her line of 4 she was asked to stand way to the side. The other 3 were right in front of the panel and she said they never looked at her. Her confidence is way down now for the Elmhurst final and for the Tring funding final. She said she must be rubbish if they didn't even want to watch her so what's the point. I've tried to bolster her...but am feeling very bleak today as she is really down and I can't lift her spirits. She is adamant that she feels they had made up their minds that they didn't want her early on in audition so didn't bother after. Poor little love! Anyone heard of anything similar? Not worried about RBS place but very concerned about how it is affecting her self esteem before finals. Shame...all other auditions and her JA classes have always been so happy.

Got 2 girls going through this process...one doing Lower school and mids audition...she is currently a London JA and one going for upper school. What fun!
