Hello @Weloveballet! The health form was just asking about any previous injuries/ hospital stays/ meds that they currently take and also if your child has asthma, diabetes, heart condition etc. You fill it in and hand print off to them at the audition. It is presumably for information so they are aware during the audition. There is a line for the physio to sign on it, so presumably it's so the physio can sign off on your DC after their own assessment. Hope that helps!

Brilliant thank you! So printer is required I presume? My husbands off work next week but he might have to venture in to use the printer 🤣

Just got an email through with health form and vehicle permit for entry to Richmond Park this Friday. Starting to seem very close! Eek! Good luck everyone and good luck to DD's for next week! 😊

Good luck! It seems strange to think it’s next week! What is the health form please if you don’t mind me asking?

Ooh I hadn't thought about this! We will be travelling before the audition so won't be able to print it off...I've emailed RBS to find out what to do x

Can you keep us posted on what they say please? I don’t have a printer my husband can use it at work but he’s booked the week off

Yes my ds was super nervous.. it’s a big deal talking to a head of a school over zoom when you’ve not even been to the school to visit etc. He said he feels far less nervous about the actual audition though as that’s “ just dancing mum” 🤣

Just dancing- Love it 🤣 at least it’s out the way for them all now and they can enjoy just dancing on the day now! I panicked when I read next week then! Then remembered the boys are the week before. Good luck to you all for next week!

    Well done everyone.

Good luck to those with interviews today! (We do too, eek! DS is relaxed about it but I’m the nervous one 😰

    Did others wear uniform?

Just to confirm, the LFD tests can now be ordered online (or collected from local distribution points) and the results they give are email and text (test takes 30 mins to develop, our text came through in minutes once barcode etc was submitted online - knowing NHS number is helpful). These can be ordered/collected in advance and done on the go for anyone who’ll likely be travelling then. :) No need to pay for expensive tests.

Yes we went for school uniform. Thanks tests have been ordered! 😀

You enter the results in test and trace when you go to an NHS testing centre (so if you have symptoms). All the work based lateral flow tests are entered through the government website but you still get a result from the NHS which is the evidence that Royal want to see.

    Brilliant thank you so much!

@Weloveballet from the email, it sounds like the lateral flow ones. What I’m a little confused about is, when you download the Test & Trace app, you have to say you are over 16, but presumably it’s ok to enter a test result into it on behalf of a child? I guess it just goes by the code on the test?

thanks, there was mention somewhere that lateral flow tests from schools couldn’t be entered into the app only onto the gov website so I rang 119 to see which lateral flow tests you could enter into the app and they had no idea! Someone had said the school had said the government website one was ok also though but if I can I want to try get one on the app too

It has! Along with an email from my DSs school saying they can let us have one of the (staff) test kits for us to do a Lateral Flow Test at home. Going to WL audition seems to be back on the cards again...what a rollercoaster! And thanks @TwoDancers as that is exactly the type of test we will get given! Hope everyone else is now able to get sorted with this new info. x

thats great news 😀 it has been a rollercoaster week

Just so everyone knows, the school tests can’t be registered on the Test and Trace app as the barcode has to be reported to the government website rather than the app but you do then get a follow up result email from the NHS, which I have just confirmed with Royal is acceptable!
I just wanted to clarify with them that there  didn’t have to be evidence in our Test and Trace apps!

Thought I’d let everyone know so nobody panics when you don’t get a code to input into the Test and trace app!

Thank you for this info! Are the ones from healthcare workers the ones you can put into the app? That’s the one we have kindly given by a friend who works at a doctors

What Covid test email? Is this to do with WL finals? What does it say? 😬

It basically confirms a negative test is needed lateral flow within 48 hours PCR within 72 hours, home tests are ok aslong as they are ones from school or that have a barcode that can be registered on the nhs test and trace app which is great news as it’s given us all lots more options to get this sorted now 😀 it also said dates to follow shortly

  11. I’m wondering if it’s 14 in the morning and 14 in the afternoon if it could be Friday 2 lots of 14, Saturday two lots of 14 then one Sunday afternoon session as it’s harder getting trains to arrive in time as the first train is later. Which would put the number at 70 for the girls -just a theory of course 🤣
