Hi, are there any parents of junior summer school starting at the end of August with 13 years old dds? My dd would love to get in touch with some to make few friends before it starts so please pm me if you interested. She is already getting to know a couple of lovely girls from extended young dancers so it would be lovely to hear if there are more here. Many thanks! X

Hi my dd is 13 & has a place on Elmhurst summer school and on extended young dancers program starting in September as year 9. Would any parents have daughters who would like to pm me to get in touch with my dd so they could get to know each other & maybe make a little what app group? Xx

Hi @FlowerDoes this mean around 60 dancers on the waiting list from finales? If you take away a handful of MDS already awarded do you think there are now around 50 potential wait listed? 😥🙈 x

Hi @Ballet Power My dd was selected last year and as far I know years before it was always based on face to face audition. Last year was different because of covid first part was photos & application form (first screening) and then my dd had to submit a video so similar to other schools' auditions. My dd absolutely loves the school, it's almost every Saturday, very intense, she is there from 10am - 4pm, 2 hrs of ballet in the morning & every week different styles / workshop in the afternoon. I don't know how they do it this year though but in my opinion it is a great school to consider...x

I think they said in the letter not to contact them, they will contact you if places become available. 😔 x

Kings International Ballet school classes also run on Saturdays,  my dd loves them! I Hope you find great school for your dc💃
