Yes it’s really down to the person say in front of you, sometimes it’s fine, sometimes not. That said I have a D2 I’ll be selling for Manon because D5 eventually came up

D2 is reliant on someone not too tall sitting in the high chair in front, at least the pillar isn’t too intrusive…I buy D1-4 as a last resort. Not sat in C22 but it looks like a lot of leaning may be in order to see the left hand side of the stage

They left that very late, but as they’ve said Isabel Lubach is doing the Arabian dance I’ll let them off ☺️

Basically, I don't know. I use spot metering and the colour can change depending on exactly where I'm pointing but not during one burst of shots. Don Q and Nutcracker are particularly bad for strong orange colour casts.

I wouldn't try to look too hard in to the colours of things, out of the camera all the curtain call pictures come out orange 😄

With seven shows still to cast, or at least announce, three will go to Osipova, at least two to Takada...there must be a chance that one or two first soloists will get a performance

Sarah is my favourite principal and although I've only been watching live for five and a half years she's had a number of different partners in my time, it's not all Hirano....in the last run of SB she was partnered by McRae and Sambe....,Vadim in R&J, Manon and Nutcracker... McRae in R&J, Mayerling, Cinderella and Nutcracker, Sambe in Giselle.
