  1. Boots own brand do a great fizzy tablet that has vitamin C and echinachea that we swear by. Floradax is also good for a liquid iron supplement that's good if lacking in iron and energy. Wishing her a speedy recovery.
  2. Hi Flowerpot, my 9 year old daughter has just done RAD Grade 2 and would love to do the PO SS I am keen to apply on her behalf but haven't yet (fortnight to go!!) as I worry she won't be up to the standard required as she hasn't started on pirouettes yet. Also the height and weight guidelines for the vocational school seem tiny so hope this isn't held against her, she's tall and lean and way taller than their criteria. I will try and get the filming done and just keep fingers crossed...Good luck to your dd...
  3. Thanks Pointetoes & shygirlsmum I'll stop procrastinating and get snapping...
  4. As a very non techie person can I take photos for RBS SS on my iPhone and transfer them?
  5. How much does it cost to take part? Do you have a weblink? Thank you!
  6. In the current LAMDA collection of acting pieces for younger children there is a grade 2 acting piece which is a short, dramatic monologue from Jane Eyre. It's easy to learn and powerful. Send me a pm if you need a copy of it or look on the LAMDA website.
  7. I have a double room to let in my 2 bedroom flat. It's in a Victorian conversion on Courthope Road, Belsize Park, NW3 (Zone 2) at £795 pcm. 2 mins from Hampstead Heath in a very safe but vibrant area. The other tenant is a young professional and she would prefer to share with another female, she works long hours and enjoys ballet class on the weekend. Available immediately. Send me pm if you need further details. Thanks for reading!
  8. I'm sure that a word with director or company manager would help secure a complimentary ticket. All theatres have a few house seats reserved for each show and it would be a totally heartless system that precluded a parent watching a child in a show. Be brave and ask.
  9. Welcome Back! My daughter attends Jill Stew School of Dance in Witney which I would whole heartedly recommend-it's not far from Abingdon and free parking in the whole of Witney. 4 of the dancers are in the EYB forthcoming production in Oxford and many attend Associates. Great atmosphere and wonderful teaching.
