I think Dawnstar is probably right. Tomas Mock leaving, gives Kevin O'Hare room on his payroll budget to make a promotion. In most businesses, understanding the financial situation, explains a lot of the decision making. As was said elsewhere "Follow the money". I am sorry that Tomas Mock is leaving. I enjoyed his performances & a dancer doing a Maths BSc is a welcome addition to the diversity of RB..
