The dancers include Bolshoi principals and soloists Artemy Belyakov, Denis Savin, Mikhail Lobukhin, Ana Turazashvili, plus contemporary star Ildar Young, in addition to Svetlana herself. FionaM Posted Sunday at 14:31 Author Share Posted Sunday at 14:31 The Sunday night ballet on Culture channel today, 26 May, is GISELLE from 10 years ago with Diana Vishneva and Sergei Polunin. 22.35 Moscow time, 20.35 BST free to watch here (no VPN necessary) https://smotrim.ru/live/19201 Personally it’s not my favourite performance of Giselle, I’m not sure Diana is suited to this role and Sergei is somewhat subdued in it, compared to subsequent acclaimed performances with Zakharova, Osipova and others. He doesn’t do 32 entrechat six here. I can’t remember exactly how many, maybe mid20s.
