It was £215 for the year (12 sessions) for the Online JA place. I'm not sure how that compares to in person JA I'm afraid but sure someone else will! They are 1hr 15mins long each if that helps! And they will be apparently sent a homework style sheet/ something to practice each week. The first week was on posture. We are in a similar position as we're in Wales- and annoyingly no centres in Wales at all! The closest is 1.5hrs but only by car (much longer by public transport), next is 2 hrs just on public transport slightly longer by car. So not ideal sadly!
