ROH Email supplier not operational

Recommended Posts

As been said previously why hasn't the ROH contacted its patrons to update them as to what has being happening? Haven't seen anything in mainstream media either. According to the NBoC update above it looks like personal information has been destroyed by the attackers, but the NBoC still let people know just in case they received fake emails which is the responsible thing to do.

"We are experiencing ongoing issues with our CRM provider, which we use to email our customers. We would therefore like to apologise that we have not been unable to email all performance information to customers ahead of their visit. We hope to resolve this as soon as possible, but in the meantime you can find performance and cast information that we would usually email to you on our web pages."

If they've been able to restore services enough to send out information on public booking today, then surely they could also use it to inform patrons of what's happened.  Not everyone thinks to go and look at the News page regularly:

Talking about the RSC, does anyone know whether the National Theatre was affected as well?  I've just received an email from them via a very unexpected source ...

Not sure. I have received a number of normal emails from them (box office@national theatre etc) over the last few weeks but nothing via unusual sources.
