AuntieNora
Hi I need some help! We only got onto the Ballet rollercoaster this year. So havn't got a clue what I'm doing. My DD got a place RBS JA loving it! But i'm aware I need to look for other options for 2017. She will be 11 shortly, so have applied for MA's and White Lodge. Where else should I apply? Ballet is her favorite but also strong in Modern/ Jazz/ Contemporary. I'm panicking as I know audition dates/ application deadlines are coming up. London or Midlands preferred. Thanks In advance. Anna C
Hello AuntieNora and welcome to the forum. I've moved your question here to "Doing Dance" which is the most appropriate place for it.
Anna C
To answer your questions, if funding is required then have a look at: Elmhurst Ballet School The Hammond School Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. If funding is not an issue then there are other schools including Young Dancers Academy, Moorland and Legat at Bede's. Also well worth reading through is the pinned "Questions about Lower School auditions" thread at the top of the Doing Dance subforum.
amos73
Also worth knowing that YDA in London do have some scholarship funding tho not government MDS and have boarding facilities during the week.

Tring maybe geographically closer to London. Hertfordshire. Unlike Hammond which is in Chester and Elmhurst, Birmingham.
