Recommendations for ballet teacher near egham area.

Can any dance mums or dads recommend a ballet teacher in or around Egham in Surrey? Thank you in advance x

Hi B9953, I used to dance at Symonds Stage School in Englefield Green when I was studying at Royal Holloway. I don't know if it is still there but they used to be an RAD ballet and ISTD modern and tap and drama school. Certainly when I was there the standard was very high but that was quite some time ago. However, it might be somewhere to start.

Thank you janet, dramascientist Im going to give symonds a call on monday. Are there any others any one would recommend i dont mind travelling my daughter is hoping to be a professional dancer so really would like a proper ballet school as opposed to a fun afterschool club type. Thank you

Depending on how far away from Egham you are willing to travel the Susan Robinson School of Ballet has classes at Byfleet and is very well respected. Many students go on to vocational training.
