Primaballerina1 Posted July 21, 2015 Share Posted July 21, 2015 (edited) My DD is twelve and is in grade 4 and 5 ISTD ballet and also does modern tap and jazz. She would love to go London Junior Ballet as she is not ready for a vocational school yet eg YDA. Could somebody give us a brief outline on the children's ability at LJB? If you use the search function at the top of the page, and search for "London Junior Ballet" (use the speech marks), all the threads will be listed on one page. Primaballerina1 Posted July 22, 2015 Author Share Posted July 22, 2015 My DD is 12 and does 3-4 hours of ballet a week ISTD G4 G5 and an extra class which is non-syllabus. Obviously nobody on here has seen my daughter dance but in terms of what grade she is in do you think she would have a chance of getting in?? DDs right hamstring is flexible but not so much left (she can't do box splits) though we back and feet are very flexible and strong too!
