  5. VERY LAST MINUTE IF YOU PICK THIS UP ON YOUR PHONE AND ARE NEAR OR AT THE ROH FRONT ROW A STALLS TICKET FOR TONIGHT DANTE 1 DECEMBER - SELLING FOR JUST £12.50 LAST MINUTE I CAN EMAIL THE TICKET - YOU CAN PAY ME TOMORROW THANKS SIMON
  6. Well said Lizbie1 and Scheherezade - I agree 200% with what you say. The job of the ROH as a charity which also receives public funding is to produce opera and ballet at the most affordable ticket prices as possible - and every decision should be informed on that basis. The BP issue was not informed on that basis and will do nothing to save the planet anyway. If the audience had been asked to vote for massive ticket price rises to compensate for this lost funding I think the answer would have been no. On the subject of ballet ticket price rises please can someone send me the following asap if you have it: 1) The price schedule / seat plan for last season's Cinderella / The Sleeping Beauty 2) The price schedule / seat plan of another lower category ballet from last season 3) Any ballet price schedules / seat plans from the season prior to last season Maybe someone has some screenshots etc. I would be grateful if you can PM me with anything you have asap. Thank you, Simon

  8. Thank you Henry and FionaE. Noted about Katja's hair Henry - although FionaE thinks it was Francesca. I have already emailed ENB and will now ask them about the further changes FionaE has raised. FionaE when you get back next week please could you kindly let me know what the notes on your sheet are - sounds like you can recognise all the girls better than me. I will post whatever ENB says.
  9. Thank you PeterS very much for this. I thought the girl in the Neapolitan on Sunday did not look like Katja Khaniukova but I see that is not a noted change here. Possibly my eyes! Did anyone else think that? I will email ENB to check.
  10. For the Sunday afternoon performance on 15 January did anyone take a photograph of the cast changes screen in the foyer? I forgot about that but I am told there were some changes. If you have a photograph please can you kindly attach it to a private message to me or post it here for download. Thank you. It was a great performance by all.

  13. Dear Ballet Friends, I have an appeal to share to find donated storage space for some ballet sets and a dance floor for a non-subsidised London ballet producer. A kind friend has previously donated their garage but now needs their space back. The appeal is for the donation of storage ideally in or close to London (but anywhere considered) from a generous volunteer who can be thanked with future performance tickets. If you have any unused space in a garage, barn or other indoor space that you could offer please send me a private message for more details. You would be the guardian of ballet sets including L'Après-midi d'un faune, Spectre de la rose and Remanso. If you or anyone you know would like to help the producer would be very grateful to hear from you. Thank you, Simon
  14. Thank you everyone for your replies / help. The 15 September matinee was definitely danced by Kniazkov and the board picture is correct - I know Tiutiunnyk and went especially to see him as per the original casting but he did not dance that performance.
  15. Thank you Geoff for posting the photograph of the 17 September evening cast sheet. Please could you (or anyone else that has any of the below) PM me to send me the files of photographed cast sheets for the following performances: Wednesday 14 September evening Thursday 15 September matinee Saturday 17 September evening I would be grateful to save them myself to check against what I wrote down - I do not have a camera! Thank you.
