There is a new floor barre class at Danceworks at 10am each Tuesday with Alice Crawford. I love this class and couldn’t recommend her enough as a teacher. She teaches the method by Maria Fay which is suitable for any level. It sets me up nicely for any other classes that day!

Hi, I’m hoping that someone knows of a good podiatrist in London, and maybe one that has treated dancers? I’m planning to get the partial nail avulsion surgery done this summer so any advice would be greatly appreciated also! Really want to start a new season pain free finally:)
