Just regretfully turned down a Year 7 girl's MA place in London.  Fingers crossed for the SWL! It would be lovely to think of someone in this community benefiting. 🙂

@dancermom I know about girls, but not boys. 29 girls (according to my not-always-totally-reliable pupil!) were at the second day and they’ll offer 13 girls places.

I think it will have to be before 31st if that's when Tring wants their final answers by.

Reserve list for my pupil too. We need to remind these children that even being considered for such a huge award is a massive achievement in itself.

Girls too. We received our heart-stopping email just before 5 yesterday and she has to be back at 08:30!

I'm sorry @Ottobotto Great he has Elmhurst recall to look forward to though. The Elmhurst process for girls this week is pretty brutal isn't it?! Does anyone know what sort of time they'll send the email telling them whether or not they're through to the Thursday? My pupil is fortunate in that she can stay with family but if you need a hotel, it's a nightmare!

@NYCIt is very disconcerting! I think the answer to your question is that there is A chance, but not very much of one!

Waiting list for my pupil too. Did everyone else on the waiting list get the message "Further information will be sent closer to the event" when you accepted the waiting list place? Seems a strange message given there probably won't be any "event" for them!
