Question for matinee people....did Romeo try to die on the granite futon today like he does with Nagdhi's Juliet? -

In the Beyond Words version we see Tybalt's body in the background but due to the time scale of the story we don't know if he's simply lined up to be buried in due course or if he's staying there for the rest of time. -

I've no idea where you are treading to make this 4-5 'steps'. -
The ROH booking website - what can we do?

It's no different to me looking at what's on offer at the Albert Hall, a long list of stuff in three venues which I can choose to filter very easily if I have a vague idea I want to see a singer or group in the auditorium. I've just seen the Bath Forum near me do the same thing....loads of different types of stuff to trawl through but can filter to see one type of thing listed if I just want music rather than a night with Harry Redknapp -
The ROH booking website - what can we do?
Rob S replied to Geoff's topic in Performances seen & general discussions
Use the filters at the the top of the list....clicking on event type 'Ballet & Dance' gives you 18 items for the rest of the season...additionally clicking on venue 'Main Stage' gives you seven. -
Is it because the new booking system can't cope with the booking of single performances let alone multiple ones?

I’m here too, completely missed Reece is going to be Paris, focused too much on Serrano being Mercutio. -

I'm sure Darcey Bussell posted a pic the other day of her doing that bit (with Bolle?) and she had her left hand on his shoulder too -

Is it possible that they all tuned up straight from a full day of studies at Verona Community College and they're in uniform? I guess it's down to the same reason a load of princesses all turn up in the same outfit in Act 3 of the previous Swan Lake. The ROH should perhaps have a Juliet's Friends' Wardrobe Appeal The entrance and exit scene is long enough without featuring people that I assume turned up earlier. -

Maybe they did, there are plenty of parent aged people viewing the ball from the balcony area. -

I wondered if it was to do with status but then thought that's more likely to be reflected in the clothing.
