That hairstyle sounds fine. My daughter worked crossed plaits for her audition. The Tring CBA uniform is canvas split soles but I would wear whichever pair she feels most comfortable in.

In the summer I think our results came 13 days after the auditon.

My daughter attends the CBA and I would say your feelings are perfectly normal! I am always much more nervous than my daughter. Only advice is smile and enjoy the experience, as much as they are looking for potential I am sure that they are also looking for dancers who clearly enjoy what they are doing. Good luck

Hi, my daughter has just started at the CBA. For her audition she wore a red RAD leotard, belt, socks and split soles. She had her hair in cross plaits with 2 little red ribbons. Good luck to your daughter.

Wow! Well done to both your daughters which day did they audition on? Nothing here yet so we are still biting finger nails.

Sparkle we were there yesterday. My daughter and her friend were in the 1.30 class and really enjoyed it too.

My daughter was also at Tring on Sunday, wearing red as well and mostly warmed up her mouth by sitting chatting to her friends Everyone does what works for them and the trick is to tune out and be yourself. Some children will be in the splits and some won't - all part of being young and still growing/ developing

I hope everyone enjoyed today's auditions. My daughter and her friends seemed to and came out happy. Whatever happens now I am pleased that they had a nice time.

My daughter is auditioning for the CBA next Sunday but we have to make a mad dash back home afterwards for an important rehearsal. Does anyone remember how long the children are there for? I know that her audition is 9.15 and her photos at 10.05 but I just wondered how long the photos take. Going to call tomorrow but thought I would ask here as well. Thanks X

Does anyone know roughly when the dates for the London auditions might be sent out. I may need to book time off work to take my dd so wanted to be prepared. Thanks
