If in fact we do leave the Eu will the DADA's at the ballet schools then only be for UK students? As currently they are open to UK and EU.X

2 girls from Northern Ballet School (Manchester) have been awarded contacts from the 1st of September.x

I may be wrong but if the diploma is Nvq 5 like at Tring is a foundation level (old HND standard). The diploma offered at Elmhurst, ENB and Northern Ballet School Manchester is level 6 so is Vocational equivalent to a BA honours Degree

Anyone on here who has a DD or DS auditioning at Northern school of Ballet this year?

It used to be MDS for dance course and scholarships for musical theatre course.x

The year my two children did finals at Tring. We know of children who had a phone call on their way home offering them the MDS. Hopefully some of our ballet forum DD/Ds will have that phone call.x

A combination of using Shellac in particular areas of the shoe specific to DD and having a shoe that is made individually for DD has cut us down from 4 pairs( off the shelf) per month to 2 pairs! DD on occasion could have a shoe only last 5 hours!( some brands). One good thing is she never needs to work shoes in her feet break them in just through a couple of hours class work! X

Maybe group 1 &2 are split in chronological age.x

16 to 18 per year. So cost wise £800. X

My DD has hers custom made which does help the life of them. She also uses shellac. I buy her 2 pairs every 6 weeks. Sometimes need to order 2 extra pairs when production is on.x

Congratulations to your DD.Am I right in thinking that the Student loan is only worth £6000 as it is classed as a private so is not worth the £9000? X
