anondancer_15 Posted May 1, 2015 Share Posted May 1, 2015 I don't know if this is a bit of a weird question but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to strengthen my wrists? Whenever we do floor work on the hands in contemporary my wrists really hurt after a while. I also do Pilates and they hurt sometimes when we do exercises on the hands and knees.
