Katymac
How latin does it have to be & what age dancers? Could you do something with a leotard and a hip tied scarf like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Waltz-Ballroom-Latin-salsa-tango-Cha-cha-Flamenco-Belly-Dance-Lace-Fringe-towel-/381145870044?pt=UK_Ladies_Dancewear_LE&var=&hash=item58be106edc This is probably noy professional enough www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FLAMENCO-GIRLS-FANCY-DRESS-COSTUME-ALL-AGES-4-12-RUMBA-TANGO-LATIN-DANCING-/130922689773?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=&hash=item1e7b99b4ed
aileen
Would a skater skirt worn over a leotard, perhaps with a small square chiffon scarf tied at the neck, achieve the same effect? These skirts are probably more versatile than ballroom or latin dresses.
