My friend is registered as a user on the notapushymum forum (I know!!!) and can't remember her username and password. She's tried registering as a new user, but it won't let her because there is already a user attached to her email address. She can't ask for a password reminder because you need a username. She has looked on all their help screens, but can't find anything re forgotten usernames. She has even tried sending them and e-mail, but it has bounced back, saying their server can't recognise a valid user... Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
