Have I missed something about a video or somesuch being created involving Reece Clarke and William Bracewell at the reborn Power Station?  Or has this simply been a magnificent photoshoot?

I think the latter; I haven't heard anything about it.  But that doesn't mean anything...

The Telegraph has a Luxury supplement at a weekend every so often and there was an article with Reece and William about a month or so ago - a little bit about their careers and how they reached their current positions. Mainly though it was a fashion shoot.
