ninamargaret
As expected, these were virtually sold out early this morning. I was on line at 0900 and there were a few top price tickets left and a few rear amphitheatre. So no luck for this Friend! It will b e interesting to see what is available when public booking opens.
Aruna S
Reading your post makes me very anxious. Can't possibly afford top price and am really hoping to see this production.
Lizbie1
Agree it was slim pickings, but I and a friend both managed to get tickets which we were content with and were within our (modest) budgets. My best advice is to be online in good time and know which cycle and which area of the theatre you want. Also remember that people do put seats in their basket which they then discard some minutes later, so don't despair if there's nothing at the off - keep trying! Good luck! ninamargaret
Will try again when public booking opens. I always seem to do better for opera with public rather than Friends booking. At least there's a year in which tickets may be returned, so all is not lost. I see that the web site shows all four cycles as being completely sold out.
