Arky
ENBS is giving its Summer Performance at he Bloomsbury Theatre, [near Euston Square tube station] today at 1pm & 7pm, and tomorrow 13 July at 1pm. Having seen them in rehearsal last week, I'm looking forward to tthis afternoon's show. Is anyone else going or perhaps someone saw them last week at their Studio Theatre? I'll be there this afternoon, albeit not in the seat I'd booked. It appears mine was the only seat booked in the circle so they'll be closing it and reseating me downstairs. Sadly this must mean that it won't be as well attended as they'd hoped.
alison
Well, I'd no idea it was even happening this year, so perhaps they need more publicity next year?
Arky
Bluebird, I hope that you enjoyed the performance like I did. I picked up a ticket at the door without problem, having refused to pay £2.50 booking fee!
Bluebird
Yes, thank you, Arky. It was a most entertaining performance. I thought the students looked as if they were enjoying it as much as the audience were and it was great to have an opportunity of seeing Les Rendezvous. I was particularly pleased that it, correctly, took place in front of park gates (see this discussion from the ballet.co site during the 2005 Royal Ballet performances http://www.ballet.co...ng/5262.html#18)
Bruce
Saw it last night and it's a good show I thought - Les Rendezvous, DonQ and a good contemporary piece by Cameron McMillan all caught my eye.
