Kings Cross is easy, only 2 stops to Barbican as I know, I live around the corner in a pub!!
From Victoria or Piccadilly line its quick.
Going next Wednesday and can't wait!!

I thought it was wonderful and nice to watch 3 Prince of Pagodas by 3 different companies that all have their own mark on them.
My favourite was the Mlkhailovsky Ballet with Natalia Osipova and her husband!
Ou and my son!!

Shirley Hancock will sort you out. Over 35 years experience with Ballet Dancers.
She is at Herdmans Pilates near Marble Arch £55 3/4 hour. Ex Royal Ballet School physiotherapist.

Watched performance in Tonbridge last night.
Carousel was brilliant and very entertaining.
Some of the other pieces were a bit unexciting but overall worth the drive to see the stunning dancers.

This company is amazing!
Sara Maria as Odette/Odile was breathtaking. Not many principle dancers bring tears to my eyes but Sara Maria did. The contrast between vulnerable Odette and then the evil seductress of Odile was spot on.
Jonathon's prince was captivating and well performed in every way.
Last but not least the students were stunning!!! its hard to believe they are still in training.
Such a professional company.
Rumour is they may come south. Will watch again if they do!!!!

They can get very stressed about it. The Elmhurst students don't get assessed out of year 7 (or 8?) but they still get a letter effectively saying whether they passed it or not. Things are evolving all the time there with Robert Parker now in charge so the letters may be different from "my day".
Students have been assessed out of WL f year 7 so they're bound to be nervous. Waiting for these letters is far worse than any audition result imho!
My ds is very quiet this weekend with appraisals Wednesday at WL coming up:(:

Can someone tell me who the cast was on Friday night please. Sent one of my staff to watch as a Christmas pressy and they run out if the cast list

For my ds and dd I had the ballet teacher there while I took photo's. She guided the two of them. Took loads and let her pick the ones that she thought was appropriate.
Paying for a professional photographer is a big mistake unless they are an expert on ballet posses.

I will have to keep an eye on him!

I am bringing goods up to sell from WL in January.
I need a responsibly priced hotel and parking near RBS.
Can anyone recommend anywhere?
I don't mind holiday Inns, Premier Inns etc as I am paying. Free parking if poss and don't mind small taxi journey as have suitcases.

If the family fancies a holiday in Scotland, Ballet West is very good!
