How is it different at Elmhurst. Sorry  am new to all of this. 

They don’t “ assess out” each year but rather try their hardest to keep their students and help them 

No wonder Elmhurst seems to be the preferred option. 

So do you send three separate files or film it continuously? 

I’m filming my student this weekend. Please can someone advise as to how long the filming is? 30 mins? Longer? 

Bear in mind this is ONLY if there is a local lockdown stopping your child from attending the preliminary audition in person. The video is not a replacement but a back up so won’t be watched unless the auditions are cancelled 

Yes!!!! I am a dance teacher and my son is auditioning for WL year 7.... and it’s stressing me out ! I thought photos were bad enough !

A friend of mine, her DS auditioned for a year 6 place but had a phone call to discuss going into year 5. I’ve heard this happen to someone else last year too so I think it’s quite common. Tell her to grab it with both hands!!!! Xx

Just had a yes for DS year 6! Delighted 😁 though now it’s two trips to Birmingham a weekend as his royal class has now moved to a Sunday temporarily. But worth the drive for sure! Well done to those who got a yes and big hugs for those who didn’t this time.
