PBS is now available on Freeview, I think, although I don't know if this documentary is.
Follow the link and you can watch it. No need to do anything else.
I wasn't sure where to post this so please move it if there is a better place.
thanks

Sadly, many ballerinas don't seem to do that anymore. Sarah Lamb ALWAYS does, and I love her for it.

I greatly enjoyed the film and I imagine it's one I will come back to. Hope they do a dvd.
Not much to say that hasn't been said except that I thought the costumes were wonderful, I will watch again for those, and (an unimportant point) that the storm was real, see Tom and Ty podcast for more about that.
I am looking forward to the next filmed ballet the Ballet Boyz do.

For modern Concherto with Yasmin and Anna-Rose, utterly beautiful.
Wei Wang as Creature in Frankenstein, heartbreaking.
Lauren Cuthbertson as the Sugar Plum in Nutracker, I wanted to stop the ballet and take it all.
Taking an elderly relative to Romeo, (first time since their 20's when they used to que for cheap tickets) they loved Marcelino Sambe as Mecutio, I loved Sarah Lamb who is my favourite dancer.
Taking a young relative to Little Red Riding Hood by Northen Ballet, very engaging.
Lastly Sleeping Beauty, Sarah and Rio, were utterly convincing and beautiful and mesmerising, the whole ballet had me transfixed.
