First Circle Side Gallery oppsite you. I chatted to the security chap after. He was very pleasant. His briefing was no cameras. I suggested that this might not include curtain calls and that both he and I might better inform ourselves before tonight’s show.
Indeed...let's hope you have a better experience tonight. I'm in the second circle tonight but may be right next to a side exit so may have grief myself.
I had problems at the La Strada performance once a female usher spotted my regular camera (I was in the Stalls Side Gallery and she said I'm not allowed to use that type of camera, I then proceeded to use my phone which she was fine with although I'd taken the pics I wanted to take already)
Maybe it's a BRB thing as the ushers were quick to stop me trying to take a pic at La Fille at the Bristol Hippodrome with my phone...I was taking pics of the set to see if it was the same as the RB's.

I got told to put my phone away at the curtain call.
Well that is odd! Where were you sat?

And it took GWR two months to refund my £111 taxi fare due to the Pangbourne incident. Good to know my claim wasnt fast tracked just because I’m GWR staff 😆

In my day it was an hour delay before you got anything back.

Sarah had to finish her fouettés with some pique turns (?) towards our front left after she had recovered from a slight off balance moment earlier.
I felt Reece made a lovely partner for her.
Ella Newton Severgnini’s Neapolitan dress shed a couple of ribbons and Luca Acri raised a chuckle from the audience as he picked them up, held them up in the air and chased after Ella as they headed to the wings 😌
Teo was competent but was blown away by Joonhyuk Jun’s earlier performance

Great pre show cast list this afternoon, princesses Isabel Lubach, Mica Bradbury, Sae Maeda and Chisato Katsura ended up being Lara Turk, Maddison Pritchard, Bomin Kim and Chisato Katsura 😆 presumably too many changes to announce just before curtain up

The other aspect was Ashley Dean was a last minute cast change indicating some injury or illness (Kevin announced on stage at the start in addition to Clarke’s illness announcement) so that was another sub with Hinkis covering for her in DC and Gaspirani in Requiem.
According to her Story on Instagram it's illness

Kevin came out and said Reece was ill this morning and advised not to dance, and the others were swapped out because of that

Thank you very much. It makes me sad but I appreciate your wisdom.
Thank you. Now I know I can stop hoping for that miracle stream. Thank you for the suggestions, too. I've bought most of those DVDs, and the princess outfit does not appeal to me because I love the fluidity of her arms.
I don't know if Yuhui is even viewed as an Ashton dancer by the knowledgeable folks here, I just think she'd be too charming as Lise, so I'll hold on to that hope for the next Fille revival.
I think Yuhui's most notable appearance in dvd form is in Ashton's Symphonic Variations
