I was wondering if anyone has heard the dates for midland ballet theatre summer school ? We want to apply for Opes ballet and midlands. Is anyone doing these summer schools?

My dd says she feels trapped without dance. Sh can't wait to get back to the studio. So lots of stretching and watching lots of ballets and ballet barre'. But it's not the Same.

Oh you are lull so lucky. We'd be lucky to get much ballet here in Australia over Christmas. It's all sport and cricket. (

My dd had this, this year. We chose alternative therapy once it was diagnosed. We used Bowen therapy then osteopath treatment. Very successful. We explained to our teachers what the issue was and they worked with my dd. she would sundown during allegro. Stretch and increase this slowly over a few months. It was worth it, because now she has strengthened and stretched her calves and the muscles points in her legs. I read a lot about it and used Lisa howell physio in Sydney Australia to bounce several issues off.

We are in the middle of sorting out dd application to this one and a few others.

Our new puppy is giving s lots of pleasure and fun. Unstresses us and dd loves her. ) I love the beginning of advent. Putting up Christmas tree. Lights. Making home made cards shortbread and cake
