Vonrothbart Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 My GDD has been invited to take part in the IDTA awards in February I think it is. Just wondered if anyone can shed a bit more light on just what the day involves please?
Lildancer96 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 My dd was fortunate to win the ballet awards a few years ago / it is a lovely day. There is a ballet class on stage and then students are taught a variation. Candidates selected for the final perform later again in the day. It was a great experience. I think there have been several previous threads on here about the awards which you should be able to search for . 1
Vonrothbart Posted December 7, 2014 Author Posted December 7, 2014 Thanks a lot Lildancer96, it sounds as though it's something to look forward to for her. I'll have a search around and see if I can find a thread or two covering it, once again thank you.
Lildancer96 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 http://www.balletcoforum.com/index.php?/topic/4804-idta-international-theatre-dance-awards/ Hope that works x
Vonrothbart Posted December 7, 2014 Author Posted December 7, 2014 Thanks for that lildancer96, plenty of info there. It looks like it will be worth going as it's only a couple of hours to Manchester.
