I was just wondering what the actual format is, how long they dance for and whether parents can watch? This is a new one for us - so any further info would be very much appreciated. Can you remember roughly how long they actually dance for? It's going to be quite a logistical undertaking to get there-so want to make sure it's worthwhile before accepting. Lildancer96 Posted September 7, 2013 Share Posted September 7, 2013 The ballet class was about an hour, finalists were announced and then the final was a couple of hours later. Results are then announced at the end of the day. If I remember right, we had to be there about 12 and were there till about 7. rachaelballet12 Posted March 30, 2014 Share Posted March 30, 2014 Go to the venue for about twelve there is then a class on stage for about one hour . During the class the dancers are taught a variation and dance it line by line . The Finalists are announced then the Final is about an hour later at the end of the performers Final all dancers are brought back on stage to receive there certificates and the winners announced and presentation of awards takes place.
