If you’re looking to improve your dancers technique and strength then PBT is an excellent place to start. Introducing PBT Associates UK - the fist and only PBT associates programme. Starting on Sunday.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening programme to enhance students technique and is hugely valuable especially for classical ballet students. With the full support of Marie Walton-Mahon, the creator and founder of PBT, my Associate programme has been created to provide classes for talented students to expand upon their current training.

Associate classes are held at the MAC in Birmingham, there will also be an optional weekly zoom lesson on a Wednesday.

As a level 3 certified teacher I also hold both private and group classes on zoom and at the Spirit Studio in Gloucester.

PBT Associates is offering an initial set of open classes, 11th September, 9th October, 13th November before Auditions take place on the 11th December for the programme beginning in January 2023. You don’t have to be able to attend all of the open classes to apply.

There are still places available, we are initially running at two levels:

Junior Associates - School Yrs 5-8

11.30am-12.45pm - PBT

12.45-2.00pm - Ballet

Senior Associates - School Yrs 9+

12.45-2.00pm - PBT

2.00-3.15pm - Ballet

Ballet classes are taught by RBS SA teacher Sue Lucas, and former BRB dancer Alicia Nelson.
