Sharon Posted April 4, 2021 Share Posted April 4, 2021 Can I just recommend this wonderful Korean series on Netflix. About a young ballet student and a 70yr old . The storyline and acting is really good and the dancing as you'd expect from Korea is excellent. It's also really interesting to see snippets of the Korean countryside and I have to say it looks like a beautiful country. (Japanese edition is available with the first few episodes free online.) it is really touching that a 70 year old man is struggling to bring his life long passion to study ballet in spite of all his family opposing to it. Interactions with other ballet people and their own families is insightful. Highly recommend. I’ve been in tears more than once.
