Guest
Hi does anyone have experience of using these? They can be worn for bare foot or pointe work and are claimed to reduce injury especially to the plantar fascia. They also have strong warnings about time limit for use. Would like to hear if anyone has a POV on how helpful they are. Thanks!
Peanut68
I have only heard of supports for sue in 'normal' shoes/trainers/sports shoes but so far nothing for within ballet shoes so I'd be very interested to hear more on this too.....
annaliesey
Dd has been wearing for flat ballet (if that's even a description but not pointe). They were recommended for occasional use as she's hypermobile in her feet. She was told not to wear too much so intrinsic muscles would strengthen by working more but to use occasionally to give the foot a variety, bit like wearing heels, then wearing flat shoes was how it was described to her
