primrose Posted June 9, 2012 Share Posted June 9, 2012 I have just heard some awful news about the Head of Dance Sarah Durrant at the Hammond School. Apparently she has been given immediate suspension. Parents have been given letters with no explanations. I always found Ms Durrant to be an excellent teacher who was always very supportive of her pupils. I honestly can not even begin to think why she would have been suspended in this way. There have been accusations of friction between the new head towards MS Durrant, but that of course is speculation. I hope this mess is cleared up quickly and if this woman is innocent then it hasnt ruined her reputation. I do think we need to be very very careful when discussing this as it is very easy to speculate.
