My dd does do gymnastics which is why i was asking about wrist strengthening.

Just to put your minds at rest I was not even conteplating putting my dd on pointe, but i thought some exercises to strengthen them might help when she does

Can anyone tell me how can you tell how strong your ankles are for things like going on pointe but also wrist? and also how to strengthen them please ?

Hi I am new to this Forum and i wondered if any one can answer a few questions for me please.

My dd would like to go to Elmhurst and I am not sure when we have to apply. My dd was 10 November 2012.

What are the auditions like ? Do they take children who do IDTA syllabus, I have heard that they rather have RAD?
