Try Just Ballet, I got my daughter a beautiful practice tutu for her birthday. It's really good quality and not too expensive.

Forgot to add she's 12 but bought a small ladies.

Those who have seen this production- would you take a 12 year old? I've been advised against it but I'm not sure as I think she would enjoy it.

Luckily we don't deal with domestic customers only commercial but I can imagine what it's like! The world has definitely gone mad ????

My gas engineers are all enhanced DBS checked and we still have schools who will only let them work out of school hours! And usually they're only in the boiler room.

It also comes with an instruction booklet which we didn't need but if you PM me your email address I could scan the relevant pages for you. The make up has been really good as well. In future we can just top it up as needed.

You can make an appointment for fitting as they can get quite busy. We've always had Adam - he's very good.

You could try Planet Dance in Batley, we have had great service from them for pointe she fitting and definitely no charge! You could check online which brands they sell.

You'll probably have more luck doing that than we will of ever finding one the right size haha!!

If we ever get a reply from Bloch will let you know as there must be loads of Bloch tutu's in GB that could do with a bag!

How big is your tutu?!? I have just measured my dd's and hers is about 90cm diameter so would easily fit in a 100cm bag. The bags seem to come in 2 sizes with 100cm being the large size.

I might have a go at making one, Ive got a little more time and it's only to store a practice tutu in!

I can find one big enough but would prefer not to pay that much ????!

My daughter wears Wear Moi and so far loves them, unfortunately we had them fitted at Planet Dance in Leeds!

My dd and her friend are doing week 1. Dd's friend will be 12 and dd's 12th birthday is whilst they're away!

Is anyone else waiting for Manchester MA emails?

We had a no for year 8 too. Dd is devastated, like you this was our 2nd year of trying. I'm sure she'll be ok soon but it's very hard watching them ????

does anyone know if a Year 8 place has been offered? My DD is naturally very upset and has said she kind of hopes no-one was offered a place as it would make it easier, knowing that the current Year7 is a very full year whereas I hope at least one child has or else it was a wasted effort for all the Year 8 candidates! Not the best attitude I know but I understand where she's coming from too. After a quick cry, she's gone upstairs to do some homework!

A good cobbler should be able to attach the taps for you,the most difficult part will be getting the right size. If you can take them into a dancewear shop they dhould be able to match them. I've always bought character shoes and attached taps.

We're year 8 - my DD was with 8's and 9's in group 3 last year  - maybe there are less groups this year.
