SBallerina Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 Yesterday I experienced a very sudden pain on the outside of my left hip. It is not in front of the hip, and not back where the turnout muscles are. It hurts pretty bad when I but weight on the left leg, while doing arabesque with the left leg en l'air. It got worse with ballet class, and is less painful now - a while after class. Any idea about what it can be? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
