Measuement around top of basque (waist) 26in unstretched , around bottom of basque where net starts (hips) 30ins. Lovely skirt in good condition only worn a few times £20 + £3.20 postage. capezio trolley bag used once £10 + £6 postage with my Hermes or possible collect from somerset.
