Picturesinthefirelight
I've got a summer school list which includes a short practice skirt. Now to me a practice skirt is a long heavy black skirt which drama students use to rehearse period characters in, a bit like a character skirt but heavier and plain without the braiding. I've never seen a short one. Do they mean a character skirt? Dd outgrew hers 18 months ago.
mrs_norris
I think they may mean a short wrap skirt? Just email to be sure x
2dancersmum
I may be wrong but I would have assumed that a short practice skirt was one of those chiffron skirts that can be either elasticated waist or wrap around.
Picturesinthefirelight
Right. I thought they were just meant to look pretty rather than serve any purpose! Someone is kindly lending us one.
