Gala in Brussels with Daria Klimentová and Vadim Muntagirov

An opportunity to see Daria Klimentová and Vadim Muntagirov will be in a gala in Brussels, La Nuit des Etoiles (Night of Stars), on Saturday 22nd March at the Cirque Royal.

 

Daria and Vadim will dance Le Corsaire Pas de Deux and Adagio. Other dancers of the Royal Ballet participating: Natalia Osipova and Matthew Golding (Sleeping Beauty), and Natalia again with Steven McRae (Rubies). The cast includes also Alina Somova, Yevgeny Ivanchenko, Kim Kimin, Daria Vasnetsova from the Mariinsky, Iana Salenko from Berlin Staatsballett, Maia Makhateli and Artur Shesterikov from the Dutch National Ballet as well as David Makhateli, a former Principal at the Royal Ballet. The gala will also present the two winners of the Youth American Grand Prix Europe competition: Cesar Corrales (senior category, a laureate of Lausanne 2013) and Mikiya Kakehashi (junior).

For those who will come to Brussels, it is also the opportunity to visit Maurice Bejart's house which has been recently set up as a museum about his work. You will find costumes, photos, texts commemorating the life of this great choreographer.
