Websites use cookies!

The title says it all.  Websites use cookies to track usage and those cookies can be very useful for websites you frequently log onto.

However, they can also tell how many times you have looked at a website if they want to limit usage unless you subscribe.

I have a browser that I use specifically for such websites.  I often find that instead of using the URL it works better to search, for example, on the name of the newspaper and the title of the article.

When I have looked at the website I am interested in I clear the browsing data and close the browser.

I use Safari as my main browser but on my laptop I also have Chrome, Firefox and Brave.  Lots of browsers are available now.
