Sim Posted October 2, 2022 Share Posted October 2, 2022 Dear Forum Members, After much thought and discussion, the Moderators have decided to close this thread for the time being. We have left it open since February's invasion of Ukraine by Russia, and we have let it flow pretty much so that everyone who has wanted to voice an opinion has been able to. This is an incredibly sad and very emotive issue; I think we all agree on that. We do understand that with Russia it is very hard to separate ballet and politics. However, the thread is now becoming personal and political, both of which are actively discouraged on the forum. Furthermore, as ever, we always have to be mindful of potential legal repercussions. As this is an information message it is being locked so as not to encourage further comment on the matter. For now, we thank everyone for their thoughts and contributions to the thread under reference.
