The Fashion Insitute of Technology Museum in New York (highly recommended to visit if you're ever in NY) has an exhibition about ballet and fashion at the moment. They have started posting videos of presentations at a symposium last month that are really interesting.  Here's the link to the one on Margot Fonteyn, and from there you can move on to Taglioni and Balanchine.

This video has some interesting material related to the exhibition even though it dates from 2017
