Change in EU mobile roaming rates from tomorrow (15th June)

For folks travelling to ballets in Europe, or with children dancing there - fees for mobile phone and data roaming in the EU are due to be 'scrapped' tomorrow, though the situation isn't that simple. Of course the new rules also apply to travelling Brits, at least until Brexit..
