    Congratulations to all!

Now for the awkward part, we were informed that there would be alternative final audition arrangements made for those who were unable to attend in person and that this would take place after April 4.  But since then there has been no further contact and now clearly places have already been offered. Very confusing indeed.

Is anyone else in this situation?

I'm not but I assume they would have to honour this and would maybe have kept a space back or something for this scenario? X

They do have a waiting list. There are one or 2 in dds year who are from it

OK...thank you...I should imagine there will be movement for those who have applied to other schools xxx

I’m starting to feel like it might be a no for DD as they didn’t use this thing to check leg turnout on her either. It seems 50/50 whether they used it or not from comments my only question is would they have made a yes/no decision that fast before physio in time to report to them who they wanted to check this on?

The last group of each day had physio at the beginning before they would have even looked at them dance...so I very much doubt they would have done different assessments on the children? I probably wouldn't read into it too much as it is hard for them to remember all the details, x

Lovely day! One very tired girlie but she came out smiling and said it was a nice audition. How did everyone else get on...? X

In terms of tips...leave loads of time to get to the lodge...i didn't realise how big Richmond Park is! The sat nav took me to a park entrance with a road closure so had to drive to another entrance which added on 15 minutes to our journey x

How have the finalists got on today?? Any tips for our travels such as road works ect. Think I recall someone saying road closures in the area last weekend.

Hope your DDs have all had a wonderful day xx

Actually yes good point. This year they have put some yr 5s with yr 6’s in Leeds too but I’m assuming that’s just Covid related as haven’t heard of that before? Unless it’s more common in other centres? Xx

Yeah I'm not sure to be honest as we only joined year 6! Probably covid related! X

It might be different per centre but in Leeds 4 and 5 are together then 6 is separate. So if you start in yr 4 you essentially repeat a year in yet 5 but it works really well. They all do the same work but yr4 kids do the easier version and yr5 kids do a more advanced version. Xx

In Bath this year they've had 2 mixed groups with years 4 5 and 6 together. I think normally year 6 are separate though? It works fine as they all do slightly different variations e.g. year 4 facing the barre, year 6 one hand on the barre...x
