Yes just had email! DD has a place on Week 3! Can’t quite believe it!

Anyone else heard? Is this a result for older group? 

Is she a Mid Associate? Can you get feedback! 3rd time lucky I reckon at least she won’t be phased by the whole process!! Good Luck for Tring! 

Hope she is ok Auntie Nora is she at another vocational school or just a normal one at the moment! She must have been amazing to be at finals x

Yes if we get there just want to enjoy a lovely day out an special occasion, feel very lucky to have such an amazing opportunity!

Yes we are meant to be at finals Friday but a bit worried about all this ❄️ ⛄️

We saw a physio about a year ago and physio advised us this is how the body grows and is sign of growth spurt as one side grows then the other. I never knew that! So do not fret about it I say!

Does anyone know how many there will be at YDA finals???

The deadline for payment of Spring Course was today so perhaps they needed to wait for that to happen 

We feel like complete outsiders but super excited just to have a lovely day x

If you get finals for Year 7 I am assuming you don’t automatically get Mids but do you have a good chance? Still can’t believe we are going to finals as never got a JA place. Feeling a bit scared!

We have heard.You should ring or email them as no my friend did not get an email so emailed to ask. Think their may have been a glitch. Good Luck 🍀

Nicass yes we were a yes from London 28th xxx well done for scooby for Elmhurst it's such a lovely school.

In total shock! My DD has a yes to finals for Year 7 at YDA and just found out she has a yes to finals at RBS WL!!! One very happy little girl. We never made being a JA and got a No for Elmhurst so dreams can come true xxxx Really good luck to everyone waiting to hear xxxx

My DD is very happy. No joy for Elmhurst which was a shame as a lovely school.Highly unlikely she will get into RBS. Has a place on the Spring Course so that's a dream for her to dance once at WL in her lifetime. Has auditioned for YDA so we will wait and see. She is such a happy girl passed her 11+ so if nothing happens for her she will be happy at her local grammar school and doing ballet as a hobby. Got to trust that fate will show us the way to go! The physio lady we saw said she had excellent turnout but not strong enough muscles to use it so gave her exercises to do to build up strength. Sorry really wish I had never said anything. Just meant before people had the cost of physio as it was expensive!!!! 

We visited an excellent dance physio who helped, have a new teacher who was a Royal Ballet trained teacher and DD has a place on The RBS Spring Intensive this year so I am very happy with DD progress. Just thought there might be a way ' normal parents' could see if their child had physical attributes. sorry I asked !!!

Actually I thought it might be useful for others to know who are starting their journey! Glad you remembered me but we are fine thank you! I am just a mum with a daughter interested in ballet so would not be in a position to advise others! 

How can you measure degree of turnout at home?

My DD got a Spring place she is age 10. She never got a JA place but was SWL in year 5.Got SWL for summer school last year. She is super excited to be going on the Spring course x

It was a no for us 😭

So sorry.Hope she will be ok.Think our postman must be eating his sandwiches in his van somewhere still no sign. Sometimes the kids take the news better than us! X
