Any takers for a ticket for Friday's general rehearsal? Sadly I can't get there after all. SCS.

Yes please to 15th if it’s still available.

Just a quick question, how are people returning tickets?
I've got to return one as I have a friend who has Covid and will not be able to attend a Bajazet performance with me on Saturday 12th February, 7.15pm. I've called multiple times, been put on hold constantly, and they also haven't responded to my email regarding the refund for ticket credit. It seems they are incapable of responding in any way at all...
I got nowhere until I resorted to sending a message via Twitter, which I hate doing, but I was having a very stressful week, and the lack of anything other than an automated response was adding to it.

I can do 2 sc if that’s any help.

Still coming down from this treat of a performance. The pas de six was lovely- especially marvellous to see Yuhui Choe back on stage dancing with Luca Acri.
Seeing Magri as Myrthe - stunning.
And I haven’t even started on Osipova and Clarke!

That was just such a wonderful performance. Absolutely thrilling. We felt privileged to be there.

Does anyone know, please, which Royal Ballet performances are going to be screened in cinemas? I can't find any showing up, but I was sure I'd read that there would be some screenings and some streamings...

I'm about to put this pair of tickets back to the box office, unless anyone here is keen.

I've a pair of tickets I can't use for the performance of Coppelia with Naghdi and Ball on 23rd December, as follows, for £65 each. Before I offer them back to the box office for resale, are there any takers here?
Coppélia 23 December 2019, 7pm | Main Stage
LEVEL 1 Stalls Circle 1D, A-95 | A-96

I agree totally with bridiem about this evening's Manon: Hallberg's dancing was so beautiful and his solos were stunning, but I couldn't feel any connection until the very last few minutes. I thought that his partnering had a few dodgy moments. Osipova for me was absolutely brilliant and utterly credible, and it's a shame really that they're not doing more performances together of Manon in this run, as I felt sure that they'll just get better and better together. Special praise for Hirano this evening. His death was shockingly convincing.

This has annoyed me hugely as, as far as I'm aware, was not indicated to Friends prior to booking. I've booked the cheaper Stalls Circle seats because they were what I could afford, without even looking at the packages first (a) because of the meltdown on the Friends+ booking morning as when I eventually got onto the website I didn't want to waste time navigating the website further and (b) because you don't automatically get booked onto a package if you book seats within a package but have to go through the separate packages channel, which is virtually impossible to find on the new website. If I'd know this, I would have looked at the packages as I suspect the packages discount would have brought the slightly higher priced ticket within the price range I was prepared to pay.
I had exactly the same experience. Massively annoying.

The ROH has a re-sale policy. There is a £4 levy per ticket returned for re-sale. There is no guarantee of re-sale - especially if there are equivalent places at a similar price. I would try here first and if you can't sell your ticket then return it to the house for re-sale. The Bolshoi in the past have sold out so you might well be lucky. Fingers crossed.
Thanks Bruce. I'll double check when I can't do anymore & then list some on here.

Just checked and found that my booked DQ opening night is now Shrainer/Tsvirko... I will return the ticket probably.
I also booked for Krysanova. Originally I believe it is with Lantratov but now replaced.
Not very happy...
Do you know if they will accept returns? I suspect some of my tickets might be going back if they will.

I was in the box office on Saturday afternoon and apparently there's going to be a trial run of moving it back into the main building, pretty close to where it used to be. It's scheduled to take place on June 10th. I won't be around that date to go and make use of it, but they'd really like to get plenty of customers and get moved back in permanently, if anyone else is able to do so. I'm sure that the box office being stuck out on the corner separate from the building encourages very few people to make use of it, find out about productions and buy tickets. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, and I guess it has been a miserable experience.

Yes, and it’s “events”, not performances.
This is such a terrible misdescription of one of the world's leading ballet and opera companies. It's all about the House, rather than the two companies who belong there. Also I noticed a confusion, to me, in the job listing: "around 60 employees and relationships with a number of external agencies" – does "around 60" mean "employees" or does "around 60" cover both the employees and the relationships with external agencies? I agree, if it's around 60 employees that's an extraordinarily high number, particularly given the cut-back in printed material.
