Maria Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 (edited) I was just wondering if anyone has some good tips for improving flexibility as my dd1 takes after me and struggles with straddle. We do practise but not that much progress. Should it be every day/ twice a day or twice a week etc? We do warm up first.
