Sorry Anaballerina, my mistake, my daughter went in at 1 pm, she corrected me that this was the second audition, she was number 22 x

Did you enjoy the contemporary bit anaballerina, my daughter remarked that she liked that bit .....think she thought everyone were so very good

Hope everyone that auditioned for Central on Saturday had a good experience. My daughter was the first audition and really enjoyed it x

Thankyou BankrollingBallet, feel much more assured by your comments. Am very sad that Tulip feels I was accusing her of having an attitude, all I want is for my daughter and others to feel they are worthy of trying at these auditions .....they work so hard bless them

I of course did not mean to offend you tulip. My daughter is taught holding the back of a chair in a local village hall. I am however very proud that she is a very caring, kind individual that loves to dance and cherishes every opportunity to do so and never takes for granted what little I can offer her. Good luck to everyone at these auditions, whatever walk of life.

I pity the children coming from poor backgrounds having to meet people with this attitude. I hope some of these kids rise to shine

Oh dear, thought that would be the case about royal associates .....seems so unfair though. There are some lovely dancers out there whose parents just cannot afford to even consider associate schemes

Do the poor ballet students that learn to dance in a village hall holding the back of a chair as a ballet barre stand a chance at these auditions when they are up against vocational students :(

My daughter tore her hamstring and wasn't allowed to dance for almost a year .......maybe you have a strain?

Did anyone receive their results from Elmhurst today .....fingers crossed for you all xx

How long after sending your applications forms did you all hear you had a date .....we haven't heard ....I did send recorded delivery so should have arrived safely x

Its good to know that whatever age 16, 17 or 18 when auditioning you are still being considered for year one of the course

Just queried with RBS.  They said my daughter is in group 5 which is for dancers who are 16 and over in August 2015.

Help! have just realised we did the photos for Elmhurst with ballet shoes on and not bare feet!!!! Should I ring to explain - havnt heard from them with audition date yet - really worried

Hi, just a question, dont know if on correct page but here goes.  My friends grandson said a girl in his ballet class attended an audition insight day at The Royal and at the end her mother was approached and it was suggested that it would be a good idea if she auditioned for the school .....can this kind of thing happen or is he spinning a yarn so to speak

Just wondered if London Junior and Senior Ballet will still be at ARTS in September as have noticed Stinson Stage Academy is moving there in September offering roughly the same classes?
